Why we quote, not list.

A 1-provider chiropractor and a 12-provider multi-specialty group don't need the same thing. Self-hosting vs. managed changes the math. Historical migration scope changes it again. We'd rather send you a real number we'll honor than stick a sticker price on a page that doesn't match what you'll actually pay. Tiers below are indicative — the quote comes after the demo.

Why not just publish a list price?
We tried. It was wrong for most practices. Self-hosting vs. managed, migration complexity, specialty-specific scrubber rules, and support tier all swing the number meaningfully. A quote after a demo is cheaper for you, more accurate for us, and honest in both directions.

Do you lock us into a multi-year contract?
Annual by default. We offer a 2-year option at a discount, but it's not required. If you leave, you leave with your Postgres dump.
Q.03
Can we pay month-to-month?
Not for the core license — onboarding doesn't make sense on a monthly cadence. Managed hosting is billed monthly on top of the annual license.
Q.04
What happens at renewal?
Annual license renews at the same price unless your provider count changed. We write price increases into the original quote transparently — no "first year was promotional, year two is 1.4×."

Do you offer a trial or pilot?
The 14-day post-demo sandbox is the trial. It's loaded with your data and is functionally identical to the product. We don't do "paid pilots that convert" — we'd rather you decide after the sandbox than after 90 days of sunk cost.

We're a billing service, not a practice. Can we use EXmedic?
Yes, with a multi-tenant arrangement priced per client practice. Tell us the size of your book on the demo call.
